Use the mate command it looks like a paper clip, you can mate all sorts of stuff. For instance if you want to mate a parts face to another marts face you simply click mate then select part A's face then select part B's face and that is it. There are a lot of options you can use, you can mate faces, planes, cordinates, just about anything you can click, and there are different types of mates. Your best bet is do a tutorial on it or just take a couple of parts and play around with the options
